If you’ve ever visited Real Madrid’s training ground, you’ll know what it’s like. Gleaming glass and chrome, countless pristine pitches and the kind of barbed-wire fences and security only seen at airports. The centre reflects the Galacticos that train there every day.
But if you’ve been, you’ll know that the training centre is built over a number of different levels, each one climbing higher and higher. At the top of is the pitch where the senior team trains, and at the bottom is where you’ll find the youth team. With every promotion, from Juvenil B to Juvenil A, and Castilla to Real Madrid, you ascend.
